By using MYDAY, you agree to these product rules and the provider-verified claim process.
What a claim is
A MYDAY claim is a revocable platform record associated with a calendar date. It does not create legal ownership of time, an event, intellectual property, a domain, or any third-party identity.
No account or identity verification
No login is required. A submitted @handle or link is public attribution supplied by the buyer, not proof that MYDAY verified ownership of that third-party account, name, or organisation. You must have the right to publish it.
Current ownership and outbids
One claim is current per date. A higher valid claim can replace it only after verified payment and an authoritative database transition. Previous claims may remain visible in history according to their visibility and platform rules.
Payments and conflicts
Checkout amounts are calculated by the server. Provider redirects are not payment confirmation. If competing checkouts complete, the database transition determines the current claim; verified payments that cannot complete a claim follow the conflict and refund process. Timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
No resale or guaranteed return
MYDAY does not provide a resale marketplace or promise financial return, audience size, search ranking, permanence, or exclusivity outside the platform record.
Content rules
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material. We may restrict content or attribution to protect people, payment integrity, and the service.
Service changes and availability
Features, pricing rules, and availability may change. We may pause claims when payment verification, abuse protection, or database integrity cannot be established.
